having a value under $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or `
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.

January 28, 1977, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that she is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State ~

of Florida; that she will faithfully administer the estate of

said decedent according to law, and that she hereby designates {
CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose
residence is 151 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, as her agent
or attorney for service of process in any suit or action ~
against her in her representative capacity, or personally
if such personal action accrued in the administration of
this estate. ~
