I, FRANCES L. FLETCHER, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
do Y~ereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to pay
out of my residuary estate all of my just debts including
the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of the rest, residue
and remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever
situate and whether acquired before or after the execution
of this Will, equally to my children, ALICE J. WHITMIRE
and BRUCE E. FLETCHER, share and share alike, per stirpes.
CLAUSE III: If any portion of my estate shall be paid
to a grandchild of mine who is at that time a person under

twenty-one (21) years of age, the Trustee shall retain such
portion of my estate in a separate trust for the benefit of
such grandchild and the Trustee shall use and apply such

portions of the net income and principal of said separate

trust as the Trustee determines to be necessary, directly
for the education, care and support of said grandchild.
Any unexpended part of the net income shall be added to
principal and reinvested until such grandchild attains the
age of twenty-one (21) years or dies without attaining that
age, in either of which events, said trust shall then and
there terminate and the principal thereof shall vest in
and be distributed to said grandchild, free from trust, or,
if such grandchild shall have died, the principal shall be

distributed to such grandchild's then living brothers and
sisters, subject to the provisions for retention in trust
