LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRANCES L. FLETCHER - Page Two
of this Clause III, and, if none, then to my children, .per
stirpes, subject to the retention in trust as provided in
this Clause III, for any grandchild who has not attained
twenty-one (21) years of age.
CLAUSE IV: In order to carry out the purposes of the
trust or trusts created under this Will, the Trustee shall
have all of the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities
granted to trustees under Chapters 737.402 and 738, Florida
Statutes, and my personal representative shall have all of
the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted
under Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
CLAUSE V: I name and appoint my daughter, ALICE J.
WHITMIRE, as personal representative of this Will, to serve
without bond, and in the event she shall die, resign or be
unable for any reason to act or to continue acting as such,
then I name and appoint my son, BRUCE E. FLETCHER, as such

~ personal representative, to serve without bond.
` I further name such of my children who survive me as .

I Trustee of any trust created under this Will for the benefit
of any of my grandchildren, to serve without bond.
