carry-through to ultimate sale, if necessary, the foreclosure of any of the
said mortgage loans, including providing such evidence as may be necessary
to prove-the validity and amount any such mortgage loan so foreclosed,
whether by oral testimony or affidavit; and to undertake any other adtions
which may be necessary to protect the validity of any of the said mortgage
loans as first liens on the real property which is the sub3ect matter thereof.
