Zhis Deed is executed subject to the further specific restrictiai
that prior to the eaccnenoement of eorLStruction of any kind, in-
cluding but not limited to original eonstructieci and subsequent or
future alterati~s or modifications, Grantee agrees that all plans
and specificatirns shall be submitted for approval to Grantor.
Grantor shall review the data submitted as to aesthetical, functional ~

and Grantor agrees that such approval shall not be tnreasonably
withheld. ~
Brie parties admowledge and agree that the premises shall be
