RE: TREASURE COAST SERVICE CORPORATION
The following is an excerpt from the minutes of the Adjourned
Annual Meeting of the stockholders of TREASURE COAST SERVICE

CORPORATION held at the office of the corporation on February 23,
1977.
Mr. Fee made amotion-that the offices of Secretary
and Treasurer be combined, and that this officer be
the Chief Executive Officer of the Treasure Coast
Service Corporation. The motion was seconded by
- Mr. McAlpin and passed unanimously.
