in the premises, it is, upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Due and legal service of process has been had upon
all of the Defendants in this cause, and all of the default
judgments heretofore entered in this cause are hereby ratified
and confirmed; that this Court has jurisdiction of the'
parties in this cause and the subject matter hereof; that

been proved by competent evidence and that the equities of
