I, JAYL3 E. HURLBQRT, of Bridgeport, Conneoticut, do
make this my Last Bill and Testament; hereby revoking any and all Rills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE O~iEt I direct that all of my jest debts and funeral
expenses bs paid out of my estate by my Executrix hereinafter named.
ARTICLE TIIOs I give and bequeath to my sisters, lIARIO~t and
CHARIATTd HURLBORT~ both of Bridgeport, Connecticut, each the sus of Fifteen
Hundred 01500.00) Dollars. If either should predecease se, I give and
bequeath to the survivor the total sun of Three Thousand ($3000.00) Dollars.
ARTICLB TBREEt I~give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and reaainder of ay estate, real, personal and mined, of whatsoever the same -
may consist and wheresoever it may be situated, to those of my children
surviving at sy death, in equal shares, absolutely and in fee simple. If,
however, any of my children should predecease me, leaving issue surviving,
at ay death such issue shall +..ake the share which any such child would have
received if living, to be divided among such issue in equal shares, but per
stirpes, and not per capita.
ARTICLE FOIIR: I nominate and appoint my daughter, VIOLA H. CARPEi~iTER
to be Executrix of this my Last Bill and Testament and hereby direct that
