11. The original of decedent's Last Will and Testament has
previously been admitted to probate in this Court. i

by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Amended Order of

s Summary Administration be entered directing distribution of the
assets in the Estate in accordance with the schedule set forth above.
