The undersigned, as personal repre,entative of the above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, THOMAS B . SPRAGUE a resident of

October 10 19 78 ,and Letters of Administration were issued to

the sole heir, waives filing -

and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of the
last accounting Filed herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by malting payment, settlement, or other
disposition of all claims and debts that were presanted, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all expenses of administration.
I4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Rerenue Service and
wit~i the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Fiorida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has received distributior. of 250 shares Long
Island Lighting Company common stock and is~the only person having an

interest in this proceeding.
6. Fees paid are: Willes, Bittan & Willes, attorney's fees,
