5. BARBARA RAPP HAMILTON, whose address is 805 De Marrais Plaae,
Oradell, New Jersey 07649 and who is qualified under the laws of the
State of Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's
estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representa-
tive because she is the named personal representative.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate
are real and personal property valued at over $10,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.

8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated March 31,
1978 is in the possession of the court or accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to
probate and that BARBARA RAPP HAMILTON be appointed personal representa-
tive of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
