' BE IT KNOWN, that I, THEODORE G. RAPP, SR., a resident of the City of {
Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, being of sound
mind and memory, in full possession of all my faculties, and capable of
disposing judgment, realizing as I do the uncertainty of life, do make,
declare- and ordain, and by these presents have made, declared and ordained
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all testa-
mentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
FIltST: I direct the payment of my funeral expenses and of all and
singular my other just debts and obligations.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my home located at 2884 Treasure
Island Road, Port St. Lucie, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
South Port St. Lucie, Unit 1, Block 7, Lot 11,
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 1 and 2 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with all its furniture, furnishings and fixtures,
to my daughter, BARBARA RAPP HAMILTON, of 805 De Marrais Place, Oradell,
New Jersey (07649), to be hers absolutely and forever.

- THIRD: I direct my personal representative hereinafter named, to
endorse, transfer and assign that certain promissory note executed by Ted
i
Rapp Pontiac, Inc. to Theodore G. Rapp, Sr., dated February 1, 1967 in the
principal amount of 595,900.00, with a present balance of $46,700.00, to my
x
grandson, THEODORE G. RAPP, TII, and my granddaughter, ELLEN RAPP THOMAS,

in equal shares, to be theirs absolutely and forever. -
3 FOURTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of what-

soever nature and wheresoever situated, I give, devise and bequeath as fol-

- lows: 1/4 to my grandson, THEODORE G. RAPP, III of 301 Highway Street,
Riverton, NJ (08077); 1/4 to my granddaughte r, ELLEN RAPP THOMAS of 2099
Harbour Drive, Palmyra, NJ (08065); and 1/2 to my daughter, BARBARA RAPP
HAMILTON,. of 805 De Marrais Place, Oradell, NJ (07649), or to her children
who survive her.
