FIFTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, BARBARA RAPP
HAMILTON, as personal representative without bond of this, my Last Will and
Testament.

SIXTH: I hereby authorize and empower my personal representative
' hereinabove named, if and whenever, in the settlement of my estate,~she
deems it advisable, at her discretion, to sell the whole or any part of my

property, real, personal or mixed, at public or private sale, and to
execute and deliver all deeds, instruments of transfer. and other writings
necessary to pass the proper title thereto. This power of sale shall be

deemed discretionary and not mandatory.
