KNOW ALL MEN BY TAESE PRESENTS: That the AUTO-OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY OF LANSING,
MICHIGAN, a Michigan Corporation, having its principal ofllce in the Clty of Lansing, County of Ingham, State of Mich-
igan, pursuant to the following Resolution, adopted by the directors of said Company on May 17, 19b0, to wit:
"RESOLVED, That the President or any Vice President or Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Company shall have
power and authority to appoint Attoraeya-in•Fact, and to authorise them to a:ecute on behalf of the Company, and attach
the seal of the Company thereto, bonds and undertakings, secognisances, contracts of indemnity, and other writings,
obligatory in the nature thereof. Said oQlcers may at anytime remove and revoke the authority of any such appointee."

its behalf as surety, say and all bonds and undertakings, reoogni:ancea, rnntracta of indemnity and other writings oblig-
atory in the nature thereof.
WITHOUT LIMIT
and the execution of such instrument(s) in pursuance of these presents, shall be as binding upon the said AUTO-OWNERS
INSURANCE COMPANY OF LANSING, MICHIGAN, as fully and amply, to all intents and purposes, as if the same had
been duly ezecuted and aclwowledged by its regularly elected otlicers at its principal o®ce.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the AUTO-OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY OF LANSING, MICHIGAN, has caused
