In re: The South 731.1 feet of that part of the NE 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, lying east of U. S, Highway No. 1,
St. Lucie County, Florida.

ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
JAMES A. KIRBY III, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says
That affiant is a land surveyor, registered in the State of
Florida, being Registered Surveyor No. 2391.
That affiant is familiar with the quarter-quarter section
line on the east boundary of the subject property. That the said
quarter-quarter section line is the same line as the west boundary
line of lands comprising the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 15,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, occ~i~ed by Indian Hills Golf and
Country Club (originally known as the Fort Pierce Golf Association).
Based upon affiant's actual knowledge and upon surveying field
notes used in this immediate area, affiant avers:
That the East Line of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4

is the same line as the West line of the NW 1/4
