That at the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors in the Indian Hills Golf and Country Club Clubhouse on February 21, 1979, motion was duly made, seconded, and carried, and the following reso- ' lution was adopted BE IT RESOLVED that the President and Secretary of the INDIAN HILLS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB are hereby directed to execute aQuit-Claim Deed from the INDIAN HILLS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, anon-profit corporation, in favor of Joseph J. Lach and Mary Ann Lach, his wife, conveying all right, title, interest, claim, or demand which the INDIAN HILLS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB may have under the following described land, situate, lying, and being in the County of St . Lucie, -State of Florida, to wit The South 731.1 feet of that part of the NEB of the SW's of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying east of U.S. Highway No.l. The purpose of this Quit-Claim Deed is corrective only and to cure ambiguity in language created in the chain of title in the above- . described lands; that the INDIAN HILLS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB does not now, nor has ever claimed an interest in the subject lands.
