KNOW ALL MEN BY THESB PRBSENTS, that the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, a
municipal corporation under the ~aw8 of the State of Florida, does hereby acknowledge
full satisfaction of the amount clamed to be due for constructing those certain
local improvements adjacent to and abutting upon and around the following described
'property, and that the said City of Fort Pierce does hereby consent and direct that
