receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, The Federal Land Bank of Columbia, the owner arid holder of the xcurity
instrument hereinafter referred toand of the nute(s)thereby secured does. subject to the conditions hereinafter stated, hereby
releax from the lien of that certain security instrument from Otis P. Clemons, Ida M. Clemons, C.W. Bailey,
Joyce Bailey, James R. Fowler and Barbara Sue Fowler
to The Federal Land Bank of Columbia, dated the 21st day of January , 19 78 ,and

recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, State of Florida

Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 10, Township 37 South, Range 37 East, r
and run thence S 0°25' West with the West line of Section 10, a distance of 2,810.67
feet to an intersection with the center line of a county road; run thence S 22°13'
30" East with the center line a distance of 197.32 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Run thence North 73°42' East with the center line of an existing road, designated;
Marsh Road, a distance of 1,646.5 feet to a point; run thence S 30°44'17" Easy
with the West property line of land owned by Evans Properties, Inca distance of
3,726.35 feet to a point; run thence South 5905'54" West with the North property
line of land .owned by Philip Iglehart, a distance of 1,463.0 feet, more or less,
to an intersection with the center line of a county road; run thence North 350
36'50" West with the center line of said county road a distance of 3,204.85 feet to
a point; run thence North 22°13'30" West with the center line of said county road
a distance of 957.5 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning, LESS AND EXCEPT:
