PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, SIGNATURE INVESTMENTS CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, mortgagor, by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the
2nd day of February, 1978, and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, in 0. R. Book 282, page 1198, mortgaged unto OTIS P. CLEMONS,
C. W. BAILEY, and JAMES R. FOWLER, mortgagees, the premises therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Seven
Hundred Thousand Dollars with interest as therein mentioned:
AND the said C. W. BAILEY, having assigned his interest in
said mortgage to GULF-ATLANTIC PRODUCTION CREDIT ASSOCIATION, a
corporation, by instrument recorded in 0. R. Book 283, page 1547,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
AND WHEREAS, the said SIGNATURE INVESTMENT CORPORATION, has
requested the said GULF-ATLANTIC PRODUCTION CREDIT ASSOCIATION and
C. W. BAILEY to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said GULF-ATLANTIC
PRODUCTION CREDIT ASSOCIATION and C. W. BAILEY, as well in consider-
; ation of the premises and of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valu-
able considerations to it paid by the said SIGNATURE INVESTMENT
CORPORATION, at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate
and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the

parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by
