PARTIAL ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGES
THIS PARTIAL ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGES, executed this 22nd
day of March 1979, by and between CITIZENS FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of
America, hereinafter called ASSIGNOR and BISCAYNE FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, hereinafter called ASSIGNEE.
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Assignor hereby transfers and assigns
to Assignee an undivided ninety percent (908) interest in each of
the following specified mortgages, together with the Notes secured
thereby, said mortgages being duly recorded in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

This Partial Assignment is made without representation, warranty or
recourse on Assignor herein.
Witness the execution hereof by CITIZENS. FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY by-its duly authorized officers.
