said Mortgagor is now seised and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the awnty of S t . Lucie and
$tats of Florida, described as follows:
Lot 14, Block 8, HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION 14, as recorded in Plat
Book 9, Page 71, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY FIRST MORTGAGE EXECUTED FOR THE EXPRESS
PURPOSE OF SECURING A PORTION OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ABOVE '
DESCRIBED PROPERTY.

Together with all structures and impmvementa now and hereafter on said lead, sad the rents, issues, and profits
of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to collect and retain
the said rents, issues, and pmfits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to or used
a in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the following described household appliances,
s which are, and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the realty, and are a portion of the security for the
