or directed to the card owner at the last address actually-furnished to the Mortgagee, or it none, directed to said
owner at said mortgaged premises, end mailed by the United States mails, postage pre~?aid, shall be sufficient
notice and demand in any case arising under this instrument and required by the provisions hereof or by law.
16. If the indebtedness secured hereby be guaranteed or insured under Title 38 United titates (.'ode, such
'!'ills and Regulations issu~l thereunder and in effect on the date. hereof shall govern the rights, duties and
liabilities of the parties hereto, sud am provisio~ui of this or other instruments executed in connection with
said indebtedness Nhich are inconsistent with said Title or Regulations are hereby- amended to conform thereto.
The covenants herein contained shag bind, and the benefits and advantages shall inure to, the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and as4igns o! the parties hereto. Rlhenever used, the singular
number shall include the plural, the plural the singufar and the use of any gender shall include all genders and
the term "Mortgagee" ahal! include any payee of the indebtedness hereby secured or any transferee thereof
whether by opent?on o[ law or otherwise.
