This cause coming on for ex-parte hearing on the Motion of the Clerk .for
a Stay of Issuance of the Certificate of Title, and the Court having considered the
extents of the Motion to Stay and being otherwise fully advised, the Court finds

and determines as follows: +
1. That the Defendant, Fort Pierce Communications, Inc. tendered full
payment under its equity of redemption on March 22, 1979.
2. Under the holding in .Allstate vs. Stasser the equity of redemption
appears to exist until the Clerk actually issues the Certificate of Title.
3. In this case the Certificate of Title would be issued by the Clerk
on this date of March 26, 1979.
s It is thereupon Ordered and Adjudged as follows:

1. The Clerk is hereby Ordered and Directed to withhold issuance of the,
F Certificate of Title

s 2. John E. Sherrard, Esq., is hereby granted until 4:00 P.M., March 27,

1979 to file any objections or memorandum of law and accompanying Motion in this
matter.
3. Upon the failure of counsel to avail himself of the extension granted
above, the Clerk is hereby directed to issue a Certificate of Redemption to the
Defendant, Fort Pierce Communications, Inc.
