MOTION TO COMPEL ANSWERS TO INTERROGATORIES
This cause came on to be heard on the Plaintiff's Motion .
for Relief under Rule 1.380 Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and
.after hearing argument of counsel and being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, CAROLINA GEORGIA
CARPETS A;iD TEXTILES INC., a Florida corporation, within
days of the date of this Order serve the Plaintiff with Answers
to the Interrogatories previously served upon it.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, CAROLINA GEORGIA
l CARPETS AND TEXTILES INC., a Florida corporation, shall pay to
the Plaintiff the sum of $ ~ ~ representing a reasonable
