SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE

That Cayuga Federal Savings and Loan Association of Philsdelphia, now by merger known
as EAST GIRARD SAVINGS ASSOCIATION
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage given by Donald B. Mellis and Jean Mellis, his wife
to Stockton, Whatley, Davin and Company, a corporation organized and existing under
the laws of State of Florida
hearing date the 1st day of July 19 64 and recorded in Mortgage
Bouk 94 • page 395 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, given to secure the principal sum of a 7, 750.00 and covering property in said
mortgage described, does hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said mortgage and all in-
debtednesses secured thereby anc~does hereby authorize and direct the Clerk of said Circuit Court to
caiicei said mortgage of record.
