TOGETHER WITH that certain strip of property conveyed by the City
of Fort Pierce to Taylor Creek Marina, Inc., by deed dated August
20, 1976, recorded August 31, 1976, in O.R. Book 256, page. 2437,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This deed is given in distribution of all of the assets of the
grantor corporation to its stockholders, and grantees assume and
agree to pay their prorata part of any indebtedness encumbering-the
above described real property.
