This note shall be payable in payments of $60.00 per month beginning
one month from the date hereof, however, with additional lump sum
payments of .3,000.00 on November 1, 1979, of $3,000.00 on March 1,
1980 and the entire balance due on the mortgage shall be payable on
July 1, 1980. All payments shall be first applied to interest,-then
to principal.
The tax required by Section 201.08 of the Florida Statutes has been
paid and proper stamps have been affixed to the mortgage which
secures the obligations evidenced by this note.
