EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the 26th day of March, 1979 ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a F orlda Bank ng Corporation,
party of the first part, aad Carlis Morgan and Patricia G. Morgan,h}.s

WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated June 22, 1978 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN SANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the swn of
Ten-thousand and no/100
the first payment coming due ~etember 26, 1978
Interest at 10$
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first parts to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:
more fully described in that certain mortgage deed recorded in -
Official Records Book 289 Page 1081 in the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assigns,
- hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of $5,000.00 due on said note be,
~ and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner:
