TOGETHER WITH all of its appurtenances according to the Declaration.
SUBJECT, however, to all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
and the mortgagors assume and agree to observe and perform their obligation 3
under the Declaration of Condominium, including but not limited to the payment
of assessments for the maintenance and operation of the apartment and condominium.
The mortgagor covenants that it and the Association responsible for the Declaration
of Condominium, GOLF VILLAS, Condominium Apartments, a Condominium, will F
observe all the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium dated the
€ 24th day of May, 1978 and recorded in Official Record Book 296, Pages 1438 through
1510 of the Public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and of the Condominium
