Parcel l: The East Half (E#) of the Southeast Quarter (SE>:) of the Southeast
- Quarter (SE-~ of Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, all
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. Neil S. Burd, a single
man, executed the above mortgage as the owner of Parcel l., and not
as the owner of Parce 1 2.
Parcel 2: The Northeast Quarter (NEB of the Southwest Quarter (SW~) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE>r) and the Northwest Quarter (NWT) of the -
Southeast Quarter (SEA) of the Southeast Quarter (SEA) of Section
13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, all lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida. Russel K. Burd, II and Nancy S. Burd, his
wife, executed the above mortgage as the owners of Parcel 2, and not
as the owners of Parcel 1.
