THIS CAUSE having come before the Court ex parte on the
Petitioner's Motion to Transfer Cash Bail and the Court having
considered the Motion and the Respondent having had no objection
to the aforesaid Motion it is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Transfer Cash
Bail be and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff's Department of

St. Lucie County is hereby ordered to transfer $1020.00 to the
~ Clerk of Circuit Court as and for payment of the arrearage in the
above-styled cause and to refund forthwith $50.00 to the Respondent,
