1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
AS90~IATION, INC.. anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORP.
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186, i
Page 2065 in the office of the Clerk, of the Circuit Courc of St. Lucie County.

2. That there has been an Affidavit flied against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 294 & 294
page 1b15,1616 Pubiic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot l0, Block 58. Unit 6

in the name of: Gwynn S. & Gwendolyn G. HUTCHISON
and now held in the name of:
