IQ~IOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESBNTS, that the City of Fore Pierce, Florida, a
municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Floriu~, does hereby acknowledge
full satisfaction of the amount claimed to be due for constructing those certain
local improvements adjacent to sad abutting upon and around the following described
