PETITION FOR SUNYr1ARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as the hLirs.
at law of the above-named decedent. Their names and addresses are as set
forth in Paragraph 3 and the name and address of their attorney are as set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, Roslyn Shoob a/k/a Rose Shoob, whose last known
address was 229 East Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York (10458), died
intestate on December 5, 1977 at Bronx Montefiore Hospital, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in Bronx Borough, New York.
3. Roslyn Shoob a/k/a Rose Shoob was the widow of Louis Shoob,
who died testate .on February 7, 1975 in Dade County, Florida, a resident
of 229 East Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York (10458). A certified copy
of his death certificate is filed herein. Roslyn Shoob a/k/a Rose Shoob
was the sole devisee of the Last Will and Testament of Louis Shoob and an
exemplified copy of his Will is filed herein.

4. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent and their ages are:

5. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because of the real
property owned by Louis Shoob devised to Roslyn Shoob a/k/a Rose Shoob.

6. The asset in this estate and its estimated value is:
Lot No. 8 in Block No. 39 as shown on the PLAT
OF SUNLAND GARDENS, said plat having been recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
Ft. Pierce, Florida, on October 14, 1953, in
Plat Book 9, Page 67.
