ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the 5th day of February ~ ~4

1979 between P. F. NOHRR~ as Ancillary Personal Representative
of the estate of CARL W. GIFFORD, deceased, Party of the
First Part, and ROBERT W. GIFFORD and CHARLES H. GIFFORD,
as tenants. in common, Party of the Second Part, whose address
is492 Old County Road, Rockland, Maine 04841
WITNESSETN:
That Party of the First Part, in consideration of the
premises and the sum of 510.00 and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises and releases, conveys and confirms to the Party of
the Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, the real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 33, Block 456, PORT ST.LUCIE, SECTION TEN
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 49 of the
Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise a~~pertaininy to thaw
real property.
TO HAVE-AND TO HOLD the same to the Warty of the Second

Part, their heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
