Decedent, Albert J. Rose, whose last known address was 3013 Fallston ~ ~j i4 ~ - ~ ~ Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904, died on the 1st day of July, 196? at Holy Cross ~ ~j Hospital, Montgomery County, Maryland, and at the time of death the decedent was 'i domiciled in Montgomery County, Maryland. ~i C 3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this estate, their s i. ~ addresses and relationships to the decedent, and the ages of any who are minors are: t Joseph S. Rose, 3013 Fallston Avenue, Silver Spring, Md. 20904, son, over 18; i i Ruth Rase, 2850 South Eaton Way, Denver, Colorado 80227, spouse, over 18; ~ '1 Betty Lou Moers, 2850 South Eaton Way, Denver, Colorado 80227, daughter, over 18. 4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the decedent died ~ leaving two parcels of real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida. S. Such property is the only asset of the estate and is more particularly i I : { described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Its' estimated fair market value is approximately ;5,500.00. 6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration in this state, :s less the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, is less than =10,000.00.
