11. A certified copy of the Last Wild and Testament, which was admitted to
~ probate in Montgomery County, Maryland on December 14, 1977 accompanies this
Petition. _
12. Decedent's Will does not direct admitistration as required by Chapter
733 Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will and Testament
~ ~
be admitted to probate and an Order of Summary Administration be entered directing
distribution of the assets in the estate to the petitioner.
~ Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing and the
facts alleged therein are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
