I, ALBERT J. RASE, of 1401 Blair Mill Road, Silver

Spring, Maryland, being of a sound and disposing mind, memory
and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this
writing as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
any and all wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral

expenses be paid as promptly as may be practicable after my
death. I authorize my Executor, hereinafter named to expend
such sums as he, in his sole discretion, may deem proper for my
funeral and interment, including the acquisition of a burial
i
site, as well as burial services according to the Methodist
E
faith, and the erection and engraving of grave monuments and
~ markers, regardless of any limitation fixed by statute, rule
~ of Court or otherwise. -
