application of money lent. with further power, inter alia, in
my said Trustee to retain, in his discretion and without
liability for depreciation in value, any securities or real
estate forming part of my estate at the time of my death; to
lease any real estate that I may possess at the time of my death
or that may thereafter become a part of the corpus of the said
Trust fund, irrespective of the period of the termination of
said Trust; and further, to determine whether money, securities,
real estate or-other form of property coming into my estate or
the said Trust Fund, shall be treated as principal or income and
to charge or apportion expenses to principal or income as he
may deem just and proper, for my wife, RUTH ROSE of 2707 Harris
Avenue, Wheaton, Maryland.
~ PROVIDED THAT the said Trustee is directed to pay from
the rincipal of said Trust estate, such amounts

as he shall deem advisable for the proper support, maintenance
and medical well being of my beloved wife, RUTH ROSE, with
absolute discretion as to the application of said Trust funds
for this purpose, and
PROVIDED i'URTHER, that should my wife, RUTIi ROSE
predecease me, T give, devise and bequeath all of my property,
