my daughter, BETTY LOU MOERS, predecease me, then whatever share

that would have been allocated to them with the provisions of
the foregoing paragraphs, shall qo to their children, born and
unborn, and the children shall share in same shares as their
parents. -
THIRD: I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son,
JOSEPH ROSE, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and I
direct that he be permitted. to qualify as Executor without being

required to furnish any bond or other security for the faithful
i
performance of his duties hereunder.
