T0: RICHARD C. THO'riAS, or if he is dead, then his unknown
heirs, devisees, legatees, grantees, lienors, creditors,
trustees, or assigns, and all other persons or parties
claiming by, through, under or against him; and all
parties or persons having or claiming a right, title or
interest in the following described property in St.
! Lucie County, Florida:
That part of the South 236.41 feet of the North 954.91 -
~ feet of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 28, Township
~ 34 South, Range 40 East, lying west of the right of way
~ of the Florida East Coast Railway Company, and lying
east of the eastern right of way line of U. S. Highway
No. 1, excepting therefrom that part conveyed to CARL J.
JOHNSON et ux in Deed Book 137, page 85 and excepting
that part conveyed to JOHN E. SUTTON and PAULINE E. SUTTON,
his wife, as in Deed Book 176, page .206 St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records; and also excepting therefrom all
rights of way for public roads, ditches and utility lines.
