(herein "Borrower"), and the Mortgagee,
CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a corporation
organized and gxisting under the laws of the Utited States of America, whose address is 1600 South Fed-
eral Highway, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, (herein "Lender").
WHEREAS, Borrower is indebted to Lender in the principal stun of Twenty-six thousand ,
three hundred and NO/100--------------------------- Dollars, which indebtedness is evidenced
by Borrower's note dated March 26, 1979 (herein "Note"), providing for monthly
installments of principal and interest, with the balance of the indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and pay-
able on June 1 , 2009
TO SECURE to Lender (a) the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note with interest
thereon; (b) the payment of all other sums, with interest thereon, advanced in accordance herewith to
protect the security of this Mortgage; (c) the performance of the covenants and agreements of Borrower
herein contained; (d) the performance of the covenants and agreements incorporated by reference hereinto;
and (e) the repayment of any future advances, with interest thereon; made to Borrower by Lender pur-
suant to paragraph 21 hereof or incorporated by reference hereinto (herein "Future Advances"), Borrower
does hereby mortgage, grant and convey to Lender the following described property located in the County
of St. Lucie State of Florida:
Begin at the Northeast corner of Block 6 of Lawnwood Addition, as
recorded in Plat Book 2, page 16 of the Public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; thence run S00°30'35"E, along the-West line of South
19th Street, a distance of 270.44 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continue S00°30'35"E, a distance of 16.67 feet; thence run S89°39'25"W,
a distance of 120.00 feet; thence run N00°30'35"W, a distance of 16.67
feet; thence run N89°29'35"E, a distance of 120.00 feet, to the POINT
OF BEGINNING. -
j SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH the conditions, party walls, covenants,
restrictions, servitudes, reservations and easements applicable
to the above-described parcel, as set forth in that certain
Declaration of Party Walls, Restrictions, Reservations, Easements
and Protective Covenants recorded at Official Records Book 300,

TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all ease-
- menu, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and
water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, all of which, including replacements i
and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Mortgage;
and all the foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold estate if this Mortgage is on a lease-

Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawftilly seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right
to mortgage, grant and convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, ~rrd that Borrower will
warrant and defend generally the title to the Property against all claims and demands, subject to any declar-
ations, easements or restrictions listed in a schedule of exceptions to coverage in any title insurance policy
