SECTION THREE, according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 13A through
13I, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
in which deed her name is liven as EVELYN M. MC DONALD.
2. She is one person as the EVELYN J. MC DONALD, grantee
in that certain deed from ROBERT F. MC DONALD dated
October 30, -1975, filed November 5, 1975, in Official
Records Book 245, Page 1505, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying the property
