THIS AGREEr~NT, made at Vero Beach, Florida, this 28th
day of February, 1979, by and between ROY I. ANDERSEN, herein-
after sometimes referred to as the "former husband", and MARIE
LOUISE ANDERSEN, a/k/a MARY LOU ANDERSEN, hereinafter sometimes
referred to as the "former wife".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties were formerly husband and wife and
their marriage was dissolved by Final Judgment entered November
28, 1978, in Case No. 7$-705 FR, in the Circuit Court of the
:Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Saint Lucie County,
Florida; and
4IHEREAS, the former wife has appealed the Final Judgment
to the Fourth District Court of Appeal of Florida; and
~•1HEREAS, the parties are now desirous of entering into an
Agreement which modifies the Final Judgment and the Stipulation
referred to and incorporated in the Final Judgment;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the
mutual covenants and undertakings herein contained, the parties

do herewith enter into this Agreement and do jointly petition the
° Court to enter an Order approving and ratifying this Agreement and
- modifying the Final Judgment entered in this cause on November 28,
1978, in the following respects:
1. In Paragraph 3-b o£ the Final Judgment, there are

provisions requiring the former husband to pay to the former
wife certain suns of money over a stipulated period of time.
The provisions of Paragraph 3-b of the Final Judgment shall
remain unchanged, with the sole exception that the former wife
hereby agrees that the final annual payment of $17,000.OC payable
to her by the former husband on September 15, 1989 in Paragraph
3-b of the Final Judgment, shall be reduced from $17,000.00 to
