AMENDED
TEMPORARY INJUNCTION
THIS CAUSE coming on to be-heard before this Court on
the 28th day of February, 1979, and the Court having heard the
arguments of counsel and being otherwise .fully appraised as to
the premises, does hereby find as follows:
1. That the Defendant, JOSEPH RICHARDSON, is the owner
of the property located at 1304 North 21st Street, Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida, and that the Plaintiffs, FREDERICK and
LUCILLE SAUNDERS, are his tenants at the above said address.
2. That on or about January 29, 1979, the Defendant,
without benefit of judicial process, unlawfully evicted Plaintiffs
from the apartment located at 1304 North 21st Street, Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida, by removing Plaintiffs' personalty from
the apartment and by changing the locks on the doors to the
apartment and padlocking the same.
g 3. The Defendant, JOSEPH RICHARDSON'S actions were in
violation of Florida law, and Plaintiffs, LUCILLE AND FREDERICK
SAUNDERS, are without adequate remedy at law and the equities in
Plaintiffs therefore it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by this Court that the Defendant,
JOSEPH RICHARDSON, be and hereby is mandatorily enjoined to perform

the following enumerated acts:
A. To restore Plaintiffs, LUCILLE AND FREDERICK SAUNDERS,

to possession of the apartment located at 1-304 North 21st Street,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, or alternatively to provide

the Plaintiffs with a substantially similar apartment for their
residence;
