B. To return all personal property to the Plaintiffs. ,
Said property to be returned and delivered to the place of
residence the Defendant provides pursuant to this Order;

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Defendant, JOSEPH.
RICHARDSON, is enjoined and restrained from interfering or attempting
to interfere with the tenancy of the Plaintiffs except through proper
legal procedure;
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Defendant, JOSEPH

,RICHARDSON, shall not be required to post bond at this time;
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Plaintiffs, LUCILLE
and FREDERICK SAUNDERS, shall pay Thirty Dollars ($30.00) weekly into

the registry of this Court and post Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) as
bond into the registry of this Court. 3
FORTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that this temporary injunction ~
shall-remain in force until May 1, 1979, and that this Court reserves
jurisdiction of this cause for any further questions and issues which

may arise, including further injunctive relief.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
