RICHARDSON, is enjoined and restrained from interfering or attempting to interfere with the tenancy of the Plaintiffs except through proper legal procedure; FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Defendant, JOSEPH r ,RICHARDSON, shall not be required to post bond at this time; FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Plaintiffs, LUCILLE and FREDERICK SAUNDERS, shall pay Thirty Dollars ($30.00) weekly into i E the registry of this Court and post Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) as bond into the registry of this Court. 3 FORTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that this temporary injunction ~ shall-remain in force until May 1, 1979, and that this Court reserves jurisdiction of this cause for any further questions and issues which i may arise, including further injunctive relief.
