That she resides at 741 NW 16th Place, Pampano Beach, Florida 33060; 2. That she was a grantee under that certain Warranty Deed from Charles E. Bolen and his wife, Algernon B. Bolen to Rudolph Gaskin and his wife, Nancy Gaskin, dated February 22, 1945, and recorded on February 22, 1945, in Deed Book 115, pages 3 and 4, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The legal description of the property conveyed by said deed is as follows: Lot six (6) of Block one (1) of Service Home Builders, Inc., Sub- z division in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida. . 3. That on June 29, 1955, the marriage-between the affiant and her husband, Rudolph Gaskin, was dissolved by f Final Decree of Divorce entered in the Circuit Court in and t t for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Case Number 4610 E; - 4. That the affiant has examined the attached copy of a Warranty Deed dated August 2, 1955, and recorded August 3, a 1955, in Deed Book 204, pages 125 and 126, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which instrument purports to convey the affiant's interest in the above described property to Rudolph Gaskin; 5. That the affiant, Nancy Gaskin, did not sign this a e 125, Public 1, deed which was recorded in Deed Book 204, p g Records of St. Lucie County, and that the signature of Nancy Gaskin contained in said deed is a forgery; t _ SSG!
