BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
CARL GASKIN, who upon being first duly sworn, did depose and
say as follows:
1. That he is the son of Ruldoph Gaskin of Fort Pierce,
Florida, and Nancy Gaskin of Pompano Beach, Florida, and resides
at 741 NW 16th Place, Pompano Beach, Florida; "
2. That he has examined the attached copy of a Warranty
Deed dated February S, 1977, and recorded February 8, 1977, -
in O.R. Book 263, page 2029, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, from Earl Gaskin, a Single Adult, and Carl
Gaskin, a Single Adult, to Rudolph Gaskin and Amie Ree Gaskin,
his wife, purporting to convey the following property:
Lot six (6) of Block one (1) of
Service Home Builders, Inc., Sub-
division in the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida.
3. That the affiant, Carl Gaskin, did not sign the
deed which was recorded in O.R. Book 263, page 2029, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that the signature of
