HomeMy WebLinkAbout2777 of title search and reasonable attorney's fees, and for a deficiency judgment, or (b) Seller may elect to terminate this Agreement and upon notice of-termination thereof to Buyer, shall surrender possession of the subject property and execute and deliver to Seller a Quit Claim Deed thereto, and all sums theretofore paid by Buyer to Seller shall be kept and retained by Seller as liquidated damages and as a reasonable rent for use of the subject property. 11. Buyer understands and agrees that any improvements made to said property ~shalliemain on and with said property and Buyer shall be responsible for any liens, judgment or impositions placed against said property as a result of Buyer's actions. - 12.
