R.D. McLAUGHLIN being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-prof[t corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA.
TION, LAKEWOOD FARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186.
Page 20x5 ~n the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lucie County.
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees. assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 300
page 1459 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lots 21 & 22, Block 5, Unit 1
in the name of: JAMES-W. & MARION McKINNEY
and now held in the name of:
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, i have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said
corporation, this 22nd day of March 1979
